Upon completion of your order, you will be emailed login info allowing you to access the pro dashboard. From the pro dashboard, you will be able to access the research reports + other content. To get the full experience we also suggest you join the pro discord server (Link to this on the dashboard).
If you have left incorrect contact details at checkout you can contact us via our support email address: email@example.com.
Once you have joined the SecureZeroPro platform we will be unable to offer you any sort of refund. This is due to you having full access to the platform & all the relevant material you have paid for. If for any reason you believe the content you signed up for is not as described and feel deserving of a refund please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our refund policy applies for all membership levels (Silver, Gold & Platinum)
We do not provide refunds for reoccurring weekly or monthly orders. This is due to the wasted time, energy & processing fees that will be experienced by both parties. You can cancel your order at any time through your customer panel, or by emailing us at email@example.com.Please contact us at least 48 hours before your renewal date or we may not be able to cancel your order in time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
if you wish to cancel your order you may do so only before joining, therefore having access to, the platform (discord server). Please contact us via email ( email@example.com ) with more information about your order & why you wish to cancel so we can begin the refund process.
To be clear, if you have had access to the platform (discord server) we will not be able to offer you a cancelation on your order.
All refunds are processed using Stripe, our payment provider. Once we have processed the refund with them it is entirely out of our control. We aim to process your refund within 24hours of your request being accepted. After we have processed your refund you may have to wait several business days for Stripe to send your refund to your bank/credit account.
